The Industrial Food Processing fan wheels meet the technical requirements in the thermal treatment and processing of foodstuffs to the highest degree, among other things with regard to the specifications for energy efficiency in accordance with the ErP Directive. The fan wheels, which were specially developed for industrial food processing, cover a wide range of aerodynamic working areas with a high power density. Depending on the selected manufacturing material (stainless steel, aluminum), it is optimally suited for use in clean air as well as air containing dust and grease, such as in smokehouses, blast freezers, cooking and smoking cabinets, maturing and post-maturing systems, and also industrial baking ovens. Case Study: Blower units for commercial ovens and rack ovens

Our customer has been using punker fan wheels in the blowers for their technologically leading bakery lines and in-store baking stations since the 1960s/1970s. After the customer consulted us in 2013 regarding occurring imbalances in the circulating units used in rack ovens, punker has since been responsible for assembling 700 blower units per year and procuring the required motors for the customer. In this way, the customer has been able to significantly reduce its complaint costs.
