Good Health and Well-Being

Our employees are the most important asset in our company, and we must protect this asset. That is why we offer a wide range of company pension plans. We actively promote our employees' health with company health management. This includes bike leasing, company sports, active breaks, fruit basket in fall/winter.

We also offer external employee assistance counseling (EAP), which is provided by an outside firm. This supports with the following issues

  •     Personal fears and uncertainties in dealing with changed daily life in crisis situations
  •     Relationship problems, separation / divorce
  •     Family matters, education, partnership
  •     Stress, burnout, conflicts, bullying, harassment
  •     Mental suffering, depression, grief

This includes, among other things, a telephone hotline manned around the clock, which ycan be called at any time in case of problems, anonymously of course. The costs of this shall be borne by punker.
