Expanding Our Leadership: Roy Künkel Joins the punker Group as COO

We are thrilled to announce that Roy Künkel will join the punker Group as Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective May 1, 2026.
As CEO of the punker Group, it is a particular pleasure for me to welcome Roy to our team. We have been looking for someone who not only brings the right expertise, but also fits us as a company and as a team. In Roy, we found exactly that person.

Experience That Makes a Difference

Roy Künkel brings extensive leadership experience from senior roles in the industry, including positions at Kelvion, Rexnord Industries, and Crown Food, most recently serving as Vice President Manufacturing at Kelvion Poland. As COO, he will take responsibility for Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, R&D, and Quality Management with a clear focus on operational excellence and innovative customer solutions.

A Clear Division of Responsibilities for the Future

With Roy on board, I can as CEO focus even more strongly on Sales, Finance and HR. This division of responsibilities gives us as a leadership team the opportunity to act with greater focus and unlock new growth opportunities for the punker Group.
