The respective professional training courses vary greatly in the different areas. This can be in-house training and education, as well as specialized seminars with special external providers or online training.
Further training options include, for example, studying alongside work or industry, attending technical school or master craftsman school.
At punker, we want to continuously get better. In addition to seminars and training courses, we therefore also rely on regular coaching, both by external consultants and by our own colleagues. We share our know how and pass on our competencies in the team, including agile project management, process optimization, facilitation and workshop methodology.
